The ParentSquare support center is a great resource. Use the search feature to find answers to any questions that you may have.
Notifications:
By default, your notifications are set to come in “digest” form - all at once at the end of the day (around 6pm). However, when we send out urgent alerts, they will override your notification settings in order to send the message instantly.
To customize your notification settings:
From the App: From your home screen, click the icon in the top left. Tap “Account” and then “Notifications.” It is recommended to turn on "App Notifications."
Web Browser: On your home page, click on your name (top-right). Then on the left side under the “SETTINGS” sub-menu, click “Notification Settings”.
Other Notes
Comments on ParentSquare posts are only visible to the post author and district administrators. There is no parent to parent or parent to student communication.
Please remember to contact your campus secretary ASAP if you need to update an email address or phone number.
We will continue to use Facebook to send updates to the community, but the most up-to-date and relevant information to you and your student will be on ParentSquare.
